Ingredients

    Browned, drained 160z Sage Sausage chub
    2/3 of a large Onion - cooked in saucepan (use Pam or non-stick)
    3 cups of cooked broccoli crowns/pieces (microwave them, stemed, blanched, whatever)
    3 TBSP Heavy Cream
    1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, divided
    11 egg whites
    10 fresh eggs
    1 tbsp of dry mustard with salt and pepper to taste (or whatever seasonings you like)

Directions

prehead oven to 350 degrees
mist 9x13 pan with Pam
Put a layer of broccoli in the baking dish, next layer is all the sausage, then the onion, then 1/2 cup of shredded cheese, set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine Heavy Cream, egg whites and full eggs, dry mustard and salt/pepper.

Pour over layers and add other 1/2 of cheese to top.

Bake at 25-30 min. Some say to remove just before the center is fully cooked and it will continue cooking but I always forget!
