Ingredients

3 Large Potatoes w/ skin, cut in to 1'' cubes
3 Medium Stalks of Celery, chopped
1 Small Onions, chopped
4 tsp Yellow Mustard
3 tbs Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo)
3 tsp Pickle Juice
3 medium Dill Pickles, chopped
1 tsp Pepper, black
0.5 tsp Paprika
0.5 tsp Original Season All
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tbs Garlic Salt
1/2 Bottle Vegetable Supreme
Olive oil, drizzle
Directions
Wash the potatoes & cut into cubes. Place potatoes on to a cookies sheet, drizzle olive over the potatoes. Sprinkle Vegetable Supreme, Pepper, & Season All on the potatoes. Put potatoes into a 450f pre heated oven for 30 minutes or until firm. While the potatoes are cooking chop up Celery, Onion, & Pickles. Put them into a large bowl. Mix mayo, mustard, pickle juice, garlic salt & paprika together. Place potatoes, celery, onion, & pickles into the same bowl & mix. Enjoy! Makes 6-8 servings.
