Arrowhead Mills Organic Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flour, 268 gram(s)
Eagle Mills All-Purpose Unbleached Flour (Double Fiber), 252 gram(s)
Salt, 6 grams
ArrowHead Mills Vital Wheat Gluten, 15 gram(s)
Water, tap, 381 grams
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 20 gram(s)
North American Honey, 42 gram(s)
Yeast, 23 gram(s)
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in a Mixer...preferably a kitchen Aid.
Heat up the water in the microwave till its warm...not too hot as it will kill the yeast...takes about 40 seconds in my microwave.
Add oil and honey to the water..stir well. mix in yeast.. let sit for a bout 5 minutes (should bubble and foam)
Add to dry ingredients (may need to mix with a spoon to get all of the flour off the edges)
This dough is very wet. (kinda sounds like its kissing the sides of the bowl)
Let rise to double in size.
PRE HEAT OVEN TO 350
Punch down.
make rolls should be about 45 grams each
let rise again before putting into oven.
Bake for about 20 minutes till golden brown
comes out nice dinner sized rolls.
