Introduction

Fast, easy (especially when made in microwave), tasty. Can be made vegan by replacing turkey slices with vegan alternative or cutting them out altogether. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Cauliflower, frozen, cooked, 2 ea 16 oz bags, mashed some
    Smoked Turkey Breast (fat free), 4 slices, chopped
    Cheese, Dairy-Free, Daiya, Cheddar Style, 1 cup
    Onion, 0.5 cup, chopped and pre-cooked to translucent
    Parkay, Squeeze Margarine, 1 Tbsp
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    Louisiana hot sauce to taste (optional)
    Garlic powder to taste (optional)

Directions

Cook cauliflower and onions separately. Mash cauliflower with potato masher to make smaller pieces. Mix all ingredients together, spreading 1/4 cup of the cheese on top. Cook until all cheese is melty inside cassarole.
