Introduction
Flavorful, juicey, veggie filled turkey loaf everyone will enjoy (especially the kids)! Flavorful, juicey, veggie filled turkey loaf everyone will enjoy (especially the kids)!Number of Servings: 8
Ingredients

1 1/2 Lean Ground Turkey
1/2 cup Chopped Onion
1/2 cup Plain bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 chopped red (or green) bell pepper
1 Large egg
1 tbs Ketchup
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp soy sause
Salt and pepper to taste
If Desired add:
paprika
dried parsley
oregano
garlic/onion powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.
1. Place turkey in large mixing bowl. Add all ingredients and seasonings. Mix with your hands till veggies are well distributed.
2. Place turkey on a cookie sheet. Mold into loaf shape.
3. Bake until brown on top and cooked through, to 165 degrees. About 45-50 minutes.
4. Remove loaf from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Extras!!!!!!!!
-----(If desired after step 2, lather outside of loaf with 3tbs of ketchup for more flavor, 45 more calories!!!)
---(If top is browning and still not cooked all the way through, make a tin-foil tent and secure over loaf for remainder of the cooking time.)
