4 C cooked pinto beans (pureed or mashed well)
1/4 C honey (may be able to use splenda, I don't know)
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    8 C whole wheat flour
    4 C hot water
1/2 C vegetable or canola oil
    4 TBSP yeast
5 C all purpose or bread flour (may be able to use whole wheat flour, but I'm not sure)

May want to add Benefiber or psyllium husls to up the fiber, if you'd like.

Soften yeast in hot water. Add honey, oil, pinto beans, and salt. Mix well. Add wheat flour and then white flour until a soft, but not sticky dough is formed. (3-6 C or white flour may be used) Knead 10 minutes. Shape into loaves. Let rise. Bake @ 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. (1/2 recipies makes 3 medium sized loaves).
