A great potluck dish with lots of fruit and flavour. A great potluck dish with lots of fruit and flavour.
Number of Servings: 12


    1 cup light mayo
    1/2 cup splenda
    2 tbsp white vinegar

    6 cups broccoli
    1/2 cup sliced almonds
    1/2 cup red onions
    2 100 cal pouches of cranraisons - or 1/4 cup raisons
    2 medium apples, diced


Mix mayo, splenda & vinegar.

Combine everything but the almonds. Pour on dressing & mix. Chill at least one hour - but better overnight. Stir, then sprinkle with sliced almonds before serving.
