Introduction

This is a nice "brown bag" lunch!! You can add a side of hot brocolli with cheese or some fresh crunchy raw veggies! Some almonds on the side are good, or chop and sprinkle on top and eat with the nut topping and a spoon! This is a nice "brown bag" lunch!! Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Egg, fresh, 3 extra large (remove)
    *Stevia, 3 serving (remove)
    Cream Cheese, 2 oz (remove)
    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, .60 cup (remove)
    Ginger, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Pumpkin Pie spice, 2 tsp (remove)

    you can adjust the spices as you like. the canned pumpkin i use is Libby's brand. [I use half the can]

Directions

Add all ingredients in your blender and whirl til smooth.
