Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Oat Flour
    1/2 Cup Body Fortress Vanilla Whey Protein
    1 tsp Ideal No Calorie Sweetener
    2 Eggs
    1 Cup Soy Milk
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tbsp *Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 tsp Shortening, Crisco

Directions

1 In a bowl, stir together flour, sugar, salt and baking soda. In a separate large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, vanilla, vegetable oil and margarine. Stir dry ingredients into egg mixture; mix until smooth.

2 Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
