    1 cup Light Vanilla Soy Milk
    3 Tablespoons of pureed pumpkin
    2 Tablespoons of Suar Free Vanilla Syrup
    1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
    2 shots of espresso
    2 Tablespoons Cool Whip Free


In a small saucepan, heat soy milk , pureed pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla syrup. Heat until all ingredients are combined and appear frothy.
Pour into mug, add espresso
Top with Cool Whip
