non-sweetened Soy milk 1 cup
Whey Protein powder 80 - Vanilla - Power System, 20 gram(s) Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
Strawberries, fresh, 1.5 cup, halves
2 servings (6oz cups) fat free yogurt (flavor of choice)
Tips
WIth the ice it is almost like a shake or soft serve ice cream. It is just as nice without the ice.
Directions
Throw it all in the blender and blitz until required consistency. Serve. Refrigerate remainder for later.
