    Tuna, Albacore, in water (Starkist pouch), 2.5 oz
    Medjool dates, 1 date, pitted, chopped
    Walnuts, about 5 halves, chopped
    Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise, 1/2 TBS
    dill wee, sea salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp lemon juice

    Spread on 1 Tam-X-ico's low carb tortilla. Top with reduced fat feta cheese and arugula. Roll up tortilla
