Ingredients

*Pasta, whole wheat elbows, 8 oz
Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz
Milk, 1%, 1 cup
Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream, 6 tbsp
*Kraft 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 4 oz
Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cup
Pepper, black, 2 tsp
Directions
makes 8 servings
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Directions:
1. cook pasta until it is al dente.
2. drain pasta and place in a large bowl
3. add in both cheeses and stir until mixed.
4. add in pepper and stir until mixed.
5. place a light coating of pam in bottom of baking pan.
6. add remaining ingredients to pasta mixture; stir until mixed (may have uneven consistency)
7. pour pasta mixture into baking pan.
8. place pasta in oven and cook for 30-45 minutes or until top of pasta begins to brown slightly (be careful not to overcook as pasta then becomes crunchy).
Please note that various spices (paprika, chili powder, season salt, garlic powder, etc) can be added to taste.
