Introduction

Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
    1/2 cup flax meal
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 Teaspoon baking powder
    2 eggs
    Light Olive oil
    1 cup of applesauce ( can use blueberry applesauce babyfood)
    1 mashed banana
    1/4 cup chopped pecans
    1/4 cup dried cherries

Directions

Combine dry ingredients. Combine eggs, applesauce, banana, and oil. Mix until just combined add in pecans and cherries. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or till brown.
