Introduction
I was looking for a low sodium recipe and wanted something fresh and filling. This fit the bill. The used a combo of oil and margarine for preference only. Ingredients

3 cups zucchini, chopped
1-1/2 cups yellow squash, chopped
3/4 cup onions, chopped
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1-1/2 tpsb margarine
6 slices of sharp cheddar cheese
3 tpsb mrs. dash original
Directions
Chop all your veggies.
In frying pan, melt margarine and pour in olive oil.
Throw in all veggies and sprinkle on mrs. dash.
Mix together in frying pan and saute under medium heat until all veggies are tender.
Spoon into a casserole dish and top evenly with each slice of cheese.
Put casserole dish in hot oven until cheese is melted.
Enjoy!
