Ingredients

    1 Package (12 oz) Healthy Harvest Spiral Pasta (Rotini)
    3 Plum Tomatoes, seeded & chopped
    1 Green Pepper, choped
    1 Small Onion, thinly sliced
    1 can (2 1/4 oz) Sliced Ripe Olives, drained
    3 TBSP White Wine Vinegar
    2 TBSP Honey
    1 TBSP minced fresh Marjoram OR 1 TSP dried Marjoram
    1 1/2 TSP minced fresh Basil OR 1/2 TSP dried Basil
    1 TSP Dijon Mustard
    3/4 TSP Salt
    1/4 TSP Black Pepper (or to taste)
    1/2 Cup Olive Oil


Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain & rinse pasta in cold water. In a large bowl, mix the pasta, tomatoes, green pepper, onion & olives.

In a small bowl, mix the vinegar, honey, marjoram, basil, mustard, salt & pepper. Slowly whisk in the oil. Pour over the Pasta & toss to coat.

Cover & refrigerate until chilled.

Serving Size: Makes 12 One Cup Servings
