Ingredients

3 Small Apples - Sliced
4 tsp Packed Brown Sugar
Water
1/4 cup All purpose Flour
1 Egg White
1 Tablespoon Soy Milk
Cinnamon- to taste
1/2 cup Oats
Directions
1. Place sliced apples in a medium sauce pan. Add 2 tsp Brown Sugar and water. Simmer with lid on medium heat for 15 minutes.
2. In a bowl, combine oats, flour and remaining brown sugar. Add egg and milk, and mix with fork until smooth.
3. Using either a colander or a slotted spoon, remove the apples from the remaining water and transfer them into a small baking dish.
4. Pour the oat mixture on top of the apples and sprinkle with cinnamon.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
