Ingredients

    1 cup Long Grain Brown Rice, cooked and cooled
    1 raw Carrot, diced
    1/4 cup Onion, diced
    1 cup Peas
    2 fresh Pears, sliced
    2/3 cup Grapes, halved
    4 Apricots, sliced
    1/3 cup Kraft Fat Free Italian Salad Dressing

    Salad Greens (optional, not included in Nutrition Info.)

Directions

Combine together all ingredients, tossing gently. Serve over salad greens, if desired, or eat as is.

**Non-Vegetarian option: Add cooked and cooled cubed chicken. (This would change the serving size/calories)
