Ingredients

1 - 5" Sweet Potato
1 TBSP Olive Oil
1 TBSP Garlic Powder
1 TBSP Onioln Powder
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Carefully peel the sweet potato.
3. Cut into french fry size pieces.
4. Place sweet potato pieces into a plastic zipper bag with olive oil, garlic powder and onion powder.
5. Shake.
6. Cover a cookie sheet with Aluminum Foil. If you have no stick, use it as is. If not, LIGHTLY coat with cooking spray.
7. Dump coated sweet potatoes onto tray and arrange in a single layer.
8. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes.
*You may want to use less garlic and onion powder if you don't love them as much as I do!
