Ingredients

    2 cups shelled prepared edamame
    1.75 cups canned cannellini beans, drained
    1.25 cups chopped grape tomatoes
    .75 cups chopped cucumber
    1 avocado, chopped
    9 oz. cooked salad shrimp
    1 tbsp. olive oil
    1 lime, juiced
    1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
    Salt, chili powder, and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stir gently to combine, and serve cold.
