    1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
    1 tsp coriander
    1 tsp. cumin
    3 tbsp tahini
    1 full lemon (juice of)
    4 cups chick peas
    1 small onion (finely chopped)
    1/4 roasted red pepper (finely chopped)
    1 tsp. kosher salt
    3 tbsp olive oil


add cooked chick peas,paprika,cumin,coriander,tahini, olive oil ,lemon juice,minced garlic and kosher salt into a food processor and process to smooth consistency.Spoon into a bowl and fold in onions and roasted red pepper.more salt and pepper to taste.
