Ingredients

    Texas Caviar

    3-16 oz cans of black beans (drained and rinsed)
    2-8 oz cans of Shoepeg corn (same as white corn)
    2-16 oz cans of tomatoes with diced jalapeņos
    2 16 oz cans of chopped tomatoes
    1 bunch of green onions
    3 peppers - 1 yellow, 1 red, 1 green - chopped
    2 jalapeņos diced (optional)
    1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    1/4 cup of lemon juice
    dash of cumin (if you have it)
    1 clove of garlic
    cayenne pepper
    chili powder
    garlic salt
    1 bunch of cilantro- chopped

    Mix in a big bowl (cilantro and jalepenos optional)

Directions

Add garlic salt, a dash of ground cumin, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, and lots of chili powder

Serving Size: Makes a lot!
