Ingredients

    1 lb 80/20 ground beef
    4 cans dark red kidney beans
    approx 1 cup chopped onion
    approx 1 cup chopped bell pepper
    two regular cans of diced tomatoes
    10 oz can diced tomatoes and chilis
    two small cans tomato paste
    three reduced sodium beef bullion cubes
    chili powder and cayenne pepper to taste


Directions

Crumble/brown the ground beef, transfer it to strainer to drain off the fat and thoroughly rinse with hot water. Return it to pot, add all other ingredients and simmer medium heat covered, stirring occasionally until hot. Add salt to taste if preferred.
