Ingredients

    80 ounces cut sweet potatoes drained
    1 1/4 cups of orange juice
    TOPPING:
    1 1/2 cups of flour
    1 1/2 cups of white sugar
    3 teaspoons cinnamon
    3 pinches of salt
    1 1/2 cups of butter/margarine, softened
    4.5 cups of miniature marshmallows

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Drain sweet potatoes and put into a shallow baking dish
Pour orange juice over potatoes and set aside

Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Cut in butter/margarine
Sprinkle over sweet potatoes and bake 30 minutes
Add marshmallows and broil until browned

Makes 24 - 4 ounce servings
