Introduction

A great way to get your potassium and a few servings of fruits. YOU CANNOT TASTE THE KALE!!! This is a refreshing and healthy drink for breakfast, lunch or a snack. Ingredients

    1 cup kale, chopped
    .5 cup blueberries (frozen)
    .5 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
    2 small, ripe bananas sliced
    .75 cup 1% milk
    1 T. wheat germ

Directions

Chop the kale into postage stamp size pieces and add to blender. Add fruits, wheat germ and milk. Using the pulsating feature or the on/off switch on the blender, puree until smooth.

Serving Size: Makes one 16 oz. glass
