Ingredients

110 grams(4 oz) Barilla Plus elbows
1 cup soy milk, plain
1 Tablespoon Gravy Flour (wheat/malted barley flour)
Veggie Shreds, soy cheese 1/3 cup mozzarella flavor
Veggie Shreds, soy cheese 1/3 cup cheddar flavor
2 Tablespoons, sheep's milk grated cheese (Percorino Romano)
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook Pasta till tender, but firm. Drain. While pasta is cooking, Heat 1 cup soy milk till hot, stir in gravy flour and wisk until thick and hot. Set aside.
Add cheese shreds and pecorino romano cheese to sauce, season with salt, pepper and dry mustard. Stir just until shreds begin to melt. Add cooked pasta stir till coated. Enjoy!
