    1 large hard boiled egg
    sweet pickle relish 1 tbsp
    dill pickle 1 tblsp
    red potatoes 6 small
    3 tbsp Kraftmayo witholive oile ( reduced fat)
    1 tbsp yellow mustard
    1lagre stalk celery chopped


Cook potatoes until softened.. cool. I leave skins on but they can be removed..your preferance.
Chop and add all ingredients together. chill

Serving Size: 6 1/2 cup servings
