Ingredients

    1 15oz can Pumpkin
    3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. gound cloves
    1 14oz can Evaporated Skim Milk
    2 large Eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 cup Splenda
    1 9" deep dish Pie Crust

Directions

Baked at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 16 small servings.

    How is this Sugar Free? Evaporated Milk has 3 grams of sugar per 30 milliliters/2 TBSP/slightly less than 1 oz. So in a 12 oz can its ~36 grams of sugar. If there are 8 pieces of pie, thats 4.5 grams per piece. If there are 6 pieces of pie, that 6 grams of sugar per piece. Calculate carefully! - 11/25/09

    What happens if I omit the splenda all together? I dont like splenda or any other type of artificial sweetner. We'll see what happens. - 10/13/09

    Good
    This sounds Delicious and very healthy, however what do we place first, second....etc. and what about the crust?? :D

    Please let me know so I can make it for my dad on thanksgiving!!! :D
