Ingredients

Marinade:
Zest & Juice from 1 Lime
1 green onion diced into 1/8" pieces
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
4 drops EZ-Sweetz liquid sucralose
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 lb beef
small head of broccoli (about 200 grams)
Directions
Slice beef into 1/4" by 3" pieces... cut across the grain.
Combine all marinade ingredients and beef in small seal-able bag. Marinate in refrigerator for several hours.
Cut up broccoli into 1" pieces. Microwave in a bowl for 2 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in non-stick skillet to medium high heat.
Add beef (save any excess marinade) and stir fry for 2 or 3 minutes until beef is browned.
Remove beef and set aside temporarily.
Add broccoli to pan and stir fry from 2 minutes.
Add the beef back in and any remaining marinade. Cook for a minute or two until sauce is mostly boiled away.
Serving Size: Make two large servings
