Ingredients

    Slice tops off tomatoes and hollow out insides.

    Chop spinach and mix with ricotta cheese, thyme and garlic. Spoon into tomatoes. Top with parmesan cheese.

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake stuffed tomatoes for 10 to 15 minutes.
