Finfish, cod, Pacific, raw, 12 oz
Egg, fresh, 1 large
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 cup
*coconut flake, unsweetened, 5 oz
Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
Basil, 2 tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil of choice (i used coconut)
Directions
- Cut fish while half frozen into sticks.
- Beat egg in bowl
-mix all other ingredients
