Ingredients

4 oz eye of round sliced thin
1-1/2 c white onion, sliced thin
1/2 c each green, red and orange pepper, sliced thin
1 c mushrooms
black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder to taste
Directions
Spray pan with EVOO non-stick spray. Heat and add meat. Cook until no longer pink - about 4 - 5 minutes. Add onions and peppers. Add spices. Stir and cook about 4 minutes. Add mushrooms. Cook and stir another 4 - 5 minutes until mushrooms to desired tenderness.
