Ingredients

    1/4 cup of fresh zuchinni and/or squash
    1/4 cup of fresh eggplant
    1/4 cup of fresh onion
    1 medium sweet bell peper
    olive oil

Directions

Take out a bowl and add 1/4 cup or less of olive oil. You may add a touch of pepper. Cut up veggies and add it to the bowl of olive oil. Stir. Place it on a grill pan and grill on low, flipping the veggies. Enjoy!
