The perfect way to start the day. Adding coconut oil gives a great dose of Omega 6 in perfect complement to the Omega 3's in the flax meal and awesome brain food.

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Dry ingredients:
    1/4 cup Flaxmeal
    0.5 teaspoon - baking powder
    0.5 teaspoon - splenda

    Wet ingredients:
    1 tbsp Coconut oil
    1 large, egg

Directions

In a bowl or a mug add dry ingredients and mix well.

Add egg and coconut oil and mix thoroughly.

Put in microwave on high for 1 minute. May need 1.5 minutes depending on your microwave, size of egg, etc.

Yummy.
