Introduction

Ingredients

4 4 oz Boneless, skinless Chicken breast cut into strips
1 Cup Low fat Buttermilk
1 cup of Panko Bread Crumbs
3/4 cup Grated Parmesean Cheese
1 Tablespoon of Ranch Dressing mix
Directions
1. Cut chicken in half horizontally to make 8 strips. Place in a ziplock bag with the low fat buttermilk. Make sure every piece of chicken is coated with the buttermilk and let marinade for at least 10 min if not longer.
2. Meanwhile combine Panko, Parmesean Cheese and Ranch dressing mix on a plate.
3. Preheat oven to 350. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and spray lightly with olive oil spray.
4. Remove the chicken strips from the ziplock bag and dredge through the Panko mix then lay on prepaired cookie sheet making sure none of the strips are touching and bake for 25 minutes or until done.
Serving Size: 2 two ounce strips
