Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    (2 whole medium eggs + enough water to make1 1/3 cup)
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 cup canola oil
    3 cups whole wheat flour
    3/8 cup steel cut oats dry
    3 tbsp ground flax seed
    1.5 tbsp gluten flour
    1 tbsp instant dry yeast



Directions

combine eggs and water to make 1 1/3 cups
add remaining ingredients in the order they are listed
place in bread machine at dough setting
divide dough into 2 and place to rise in Pam sprayed baking pan, allow to rise til double in volume
bake 25-30 minutes at 375 *F
Allow to cool on wire racks on their sides to prevent squashing, keep in refrigerator or freeze til needed.

Serving Size: makes 2 small loaves of bread or one large
