Introduction

this is a Whole Wheat, reduced sugar alternitive to the original Magic Muffins by Malt-O-Meal. My kids love them. this is a Whole Wheat, reduced sugar alternitive to the original Magic Muffins by Malt-O-Meal. My kids love them.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 1/4 cups Flour
    1/2 cup Maple and Brown Sugar Malt-O-Meal
    1/2 cup Whole Wheat, Cream of Wheat
    1/3 cup Splenda
    3/4 cup milk
    1/4 cup oil (olive oil or canola are best)
    1 large egg
    1 tbls baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir together until all ingredients are moistened. Pour batter into greased or paper lined muffin pans, filling cups 3/4 full. Bake 18-20 min. or until center is firm to the touch.
