Introduction

Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups of wheat flour
    1 cup of white all purpose Flour
    6 Tsp of baking powder
    1 Tsp of salt
    2/3 cup of Splenda for baking
    2 cups of all bran cereal
    2 cups of skim milk
    2 eggs
    1/5 cup of unsweetened applesauce

Directions

Soak the bran in milk until softened.
Mix all dry ingredients together & add to bran mix.
Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Pour into muffin pans that are sprayed with Pam or use cupcake papers.

Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes
