Introduction

Delicious alternative to the ordinary tuna salad! So good! Delicious alternative to the ordinary tuna salad! So good!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Albacore tuna in water, drained
    Mayonnaise (I prefer the hot and spicy kind!)
    Chopped jalapeno pepper to taste
    Half a lime, or about 1.5 tablespoons of juice
    .5 tsp.Cumin powder
    1 tbsp cilantro
    .5 tbsp parsley

    Mix all together in a bowl. I like to let it sit in the fridge for about a half hour to let the flavors blend, but it can be eaten right away too!

    Serve over the lettuce of your choice.
    Top with a little olive oil and balsalmic vinegar
