Introduction

Ingredients

    1 red onion, diced
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    200 grams tofu, cubes
    1 tbsps plain or rice flour
    100ml veg stock
    50 grams button mushrooms
    100 grams baby carrots
    150ml red wine
    1 tbsps tomato puree
    1 tbsp mixed herbs ( thyme, parsley,chives)
    salt and pepper

Directions

1. pan fry the onion and garlic until they start to go brown, add the beef and season with salt and pepper. continue cooking to seal the beef.
2. sprinkle over the flour and cook oout for 1min, then gradually stir in the stock.
3. adding the remaining ingredients, cover and simmer for 1hr until the meat is tender.
4. serve with fresh greens
