Ingredients
-
Flounder (fish), 1 fillet (or any white fish fillet without breadcrumbs or additives)
Leeks, 1 leek
Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)

The veggies are just what I had in. Any green veg will do just about. It's pretty much all low cal
Directions
Okay you don't have to be precise with the amt of green veg.
1. Defrost the fish if frozen and chop the veg.
2. Smear foil with a tiny amount of low fat baking spread (or similar).
3.Place fish in foil (shiny side up) and put chopped veg on top.
4.Sprinkled grated parmesan over the top of this and wrap.
5. Bake in a preheated medium hot oven for about 20 minutes or until cooked.
Serve with appropriate carbs (potatoes or rice). Enjoy!
I had this for tea last night and it was seriously delicious!
