Introduction

Ingredients

    * Onions, raw, 75 grams
    * Garlic, 1 clove
    * Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
    * Spinach, frozen, 200 grams
    * Salt (to taste)
    * Cayenne Pepper (use according to
    how spicy you want the curry)
    * Turmeric
    * Fenugreek Seeds, .5 tsp

Directions

Prep-
Cut the Onions and Garlic and get the Spices ready.

In a pot heat Oil and add the Fenugreek Seeds. Wait until the color of the seeds gets dark brown to add the Onions.
Saute the Oinions for about a minute.
Add the spinich and the garlic, along with a little water (the speed the defrosting of the frozen Spinach)
Once Spinach is defrosted add in the spices and cook until most of the water has evaporated.

Curry is ready. Enjoy.

    I didn't have fenugreek seeds so that was left out. It was easy to make with a good flavor. I served it on top of rice to make a meal. - 4/4/10
