Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    1 1/2 Cups Water
    1 Tablespoon Yeast, (.5 ounce)
    2 TBSP Olive Oil
    1 tsp Salt
    4 cups Flour, white
    2 tsp sugar

Tips

It may seem weird to have bread dough on hand. I like to be able to thaw a few portions and make a quick pizza, rolls for supper, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar for a dessert. I LOVE BREAD!

Directions

Place warm water in kitchen aid mixer. Add 1/2 cup flour and 2 tsp sugar. Stir to mix. Add yeast. Wait 10 minutes while yeast grows. Start mixer on low. Add 1 more cup flour gradually. Add oil and salt.
Contiune mixing with kneading attachment. Gradually add flour one-half cup at a time.
Continue kneading on low for about 10 or so minutes.
Turn off mixer, let rest 10 min.
Pull dough out and put in slightly oiled glass bowl. Let raise 30 min.
Weigh dough in 2 ounce portions. Freeze in saran wrap.
Use individual servings as needed by thawing about 1 hour.
