Ingredients

4 0z Thawed & thoroughly drained frz crabmeat, flaked
4 oz cheddar chees, shredded
1/4 cup scallions (green onions), chopped
4 large eggs
1 cup evaporated skimmed mik
1/2 teaspoon salt and powdered mustard
1/8 teaspon pepper
dash paprika
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Spray 8-inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
In medium bowl, combine crabmeat, cheese & scallions; using back of a spoon, press crabmeat mixture over bottom and up sides of sprayed pie plate.
Using wire wisk, in medium bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt, mustard and pepper. Pour over crabmeat mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and bake until set. About 30minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Makes 4 servings, each worth 6 points each
Notes: Can use shelled and deveined cooked shrimp instead of creabmeat.
