Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 1/2 cups minute rice
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup grated Cheddar Cheese
    1 tsp salt
    Pepper to taste
    1/2 cup oil
    20 ozs V8 Juice

Directions

Combine the first 7 ingredients in large bowl, mix well. Shape into balls. Brown in a small amount of oil in skillet. Place in crock pot with V 8 Juice. Cook on low for 4 hours

Serving Size: Makes 8 serving with 3 balls for each serving
