Ingredients

    4 1/2 ounces sea scallops
    1/2 cup leeks
    1/4 cup water chestnuts
    1 & 1/2 cups mushrooms, sliced
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1/2 cup snow peas
    1/2 cup bamboo sprouts
    1/2 cup bean sprouts
    2 tsp. soy sauce

Directions

Saute vegetables in olive oil over medium heat until tender. Add scallops and cook until done. While cooking, add the soy sauce. Serve while hot.

    Good but did not have the bamboo sprouts or leeks to use. Still tasted great! - 2/26/08
