    Sweet potato, 1.6 sweetpotato, 5" long (remove)
    Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, medium (5-6" dia) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 1tsp (remov

Directions

Sweat sliced onions.

Add roughly chopped veggies. Water to cover with salt. Simmer until very tender.

Puree. Taste for seasoning.
