Introduction

Using BBQ sauce lets you replace some of the fat without missing it.

You can mix in peas and ff hot dogs to make a complete meal.

Ingredients

    1 Box Whole Grain Kraft Mac & Cheese
    1 tbsp Brummel & Brown Yogurt Spread
    1 tbsp Dinosaur Bar-B-Q Sauce Roasted Garlic and Honey
    3 tbsp Smart Balance Lactose-Free, Fat Free milk

Directions

Boil about 6 cups of water, add the noodles and cook until a bit al dente. Strain and leave in strainer for a moment.

Put Brummel & Brown in the first pot on burner you'd been using (it'll be a bit warm and start melting). Add the noodles in. Add cheese powder on top of noodles then put BBQ sauce and milk on top. Turn stove on lowest setting and stir until completely incorporated.

Serving Size: 3 servings of about a cup each
