    peeled, cubed red potatos
    diced red onions
    olive oil
    fresh basil
    fresh parsley
    dried oregano
    red wine
    paprika
    salt
    pepper
    firm tofu

Directions

Mix alll ingredients in baking dish, cover and bake for 45 minutes
