Ingredients

    3 eggs
    3/4 c brown sugar
    1/3 c oil
    1/3 c applesauce
    15 oz. canned pumpkin
    2 tsp vanilla
    2 c GF flour blend (brown rice, corn starch, tapioca flour)
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1/8 tsp nutmeg
    1/8 tsp allspice
    1/2 tsp salt

Directions

combine wet ingredients
wisk together dry ingredients
combine all ingredients
bake 350 degrees for about 12-18 min or until toothpick comes out clean
